h. In order to prevent work injury, AP stressed on working carefully/safely, conduct safety briefings and review work processes whereby needed. As to prevent hospitalization, he further encouraged everyone to adopt a healthier lifestyle and to join the Club’s teamwellness activities. B) Team Wellness/WSH Initiatives a. For year-to-date activities, AP reported a total of 383 participations across all activities. For January however, some activities were cancelled due to the Chinese year period. b. Festive Step-a-thon which ran fromNov 1 to Jan 1 recorded a total of 673 submissions. The event saw 45 active participating staff and awarded 30 lucky draw winners. Next festive step-a-thon will be for the Birthday Bash Challenge. c. WSH Initiatives – WSH Digital. AP shared the Committee’s digital initiatives which featured the QR code wherein staff can report any potential hazards especially in their immediate work areas. This further allows them to report anonymously. On the other hand, WSH e-Book provides safety and health related materials accessible through meetings decks, minutes of meetings and other safety resources.

d. Team Wellness Channel now has 58 subscribers to date. The channel broadcasts any WSH matters including Team Wellness activities to increase staff awareness of WSH activities especially those who have no access to emails. Team members who subscribed to the channel also qualifies for the lucky draw. e. Routine safety audits conducted by DMs/WSH Audit resulted to the following safety reminders: • Do not block exit routes and exits • Do not obstruct hose reels and first aid boxes • Watch out for tripping hazards AP also shared that they are working on an app used by HACCP, linking with F&B. This app allows timely tracking of incidents and actions taken, readily accessible to team leaders and relevant departments. C) Any Other Business a. WSH Organization Chart. Chair shared that the Organization’s chart will be updated with Duxbury and Michael replacing Dan Durkin who has stepped up as the Acting General Manager. • Arrange store rooms and do not overstack • Dial “0”in case of emergencies (small or big)
