February 20 Cooking Demonstration with Chef Sunita Vira Learn how to prepare quick, easy and delicious raw food staples and incorporate them into your lifestyle. Enjoy live culinary demonstrations featuring recipes from Chef Vira’s book Raw for Life , and tricks and tips on how to level up your nutrition game while savoring plant-based cuisine that is raw, vegan, gluten-free and lip- smackingly delicious. Happening at The Galbraith Ballroom from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. This event is organized in conjunction with the HEAL Subcommittee.

March 16 – April 12 Easter Takeaway Have a fuss- free Easter when you order from our Easter Takeaway menu. Choose from an assortment of hot and cold meats, Easter-themed bakery sweets and lots of delectable savory items. Simply place your orders by filling up the order forms available at the Lobby or email catering@amclub.org.sg for more information.

March / April Stars n' Stripes Spring Camp Spring is when the animals come out of hibernation and pretty flowers star t to bloom again… which means it’s also time for our little Campers to spring back into action! The Spring edition of our quar terly Stars n’ Stripes Camp promises lots of fun under the sun. Bring a new friend and create treasured memories or experience the magic of the Camp with old friends. Complete as many repetitions within one minute while assessed by a Club personal trainer.

March 10 – 18 Guest Therapist: Stephen Kirwin A practicing neuromuscular and orthopaedic sports massage therapist for over 22 years,Stephen’s massages combine a unique blend of structural integration, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral therapy and genuine deep tissue therapy to achieve freer muscles. March 12 Saint Patrick’s Day Party at Union Bar Sham rock it on with Singapore’s number one Celtic band The Craic Horse! Grab your friends and wind down with a beer and mouth-watering Irish cuisine while enjoying the band’s extensive repertoire of Irish traditional and contemporary folk music. Happening from 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
