ABOUT CHEF YENI Now in her 11th year with the Club, Chef Yeni has risen through the ranks to become one of the Club’s female Team Members in a leadership position. Preparations for the Club’s festive celebrations start as early as August each year, giving the team ample time to develop new and innovative festive-themed pastries and cakes. Over the years, Chef Yeni has headlined numerous Club-wide events with her wondrous bakes, such as the Club’s festive celebrations and annual Club birthday cake-cutting. She hopes to be able to continue creating magical moments for Members through her delightful pastries and desserts. This festive season, we introduce a selection of decadent desserts made by our pastry team, led by Pastry Chef, Yeni Sukowati. From festive classics to modern interpretations, our freshly baked goodies will bring only smiles to your holiday table. Sweet & Creamy
