The Second Floor Central Tradewinds Grillhouse Banquet Gourmet Pantry Union Bar

Food & beverage outlets continued to generate strong revenue with a usage rate of 76% for FY2023. Together with The Gourmet Pantry, Food & Beverage generated a total revenue of $15.75 million, an increase of 19%, equivalent to $2.56 million from FY2022. With full operations restored, most of the food & beverage outlets (The 2nd Floor, Tradewinds, Grillhouse and Union Bar) showed improvement of 30% and above from FY2022. Banquet also enjoyed strong revenue with corporate events and Sunday Brunches at The Galbraith Ballroom and outside catering, offsetting the loss of revenue from TAG2Go!. With Members’ business travel and the summer holidays, The Gourmet Pantry saw a slight decline of revenue by 5% in FY2023 from FY2022 but $1.9 million higher than in FY2015.
