FY2023 was a year of recovery with improved foot traffic, usage, covers and Member spending. The usage rate grew from 76% in Q1 of FY2023 to 79% in Q4 despite heavy travel during the summer holidays. The Club achieved an overall usage rate of 78.5% in FY2023, an improvement of 3.5 percentage points from 75% in FY2022. The Club saw record covers of 718,420, surpassing 682,282 in FY2025, pre- redevelopment. The same trend was evident in monthly spend, resulting in 7.4% improvement in Total Income (Operating Fund) from FY2022.
