MEMBER SERVICES

Safety is a top priority for the Club. Team Members go on regular safety training on first aid, disaster evacuation, food safety, fire drills and other related drills to keep their skills up to date. The Club has attained the bizSAFE Level 3 certification, which recognizes that the Club has conducted risk assessments for every work activity and process in the workplace, in compliance with the requirements in the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Risk Management Regulations.

SAFETY

The Duty Managers conduct the following programs regularly:

• Firefighting Practical Refresher Sessions: To ensure that Team Members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to respond effectively in case of emergencies. • Safety Protocol Refresher Trainings: To reinforce safety procedures and ensure that Team Members are up to date with the latest safety protocols. A total of 55 sessions were conducted in FY2023. • Life-saving Equipment and System Inspection: To ensure their proper functioning and readiness in the event of emergencies. Safety remains a top priority. On top of the above programs, the Club conducted three comprehensive safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
