ENGINEERING IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES The Club prioritizes the maintenance and improvement of its facilities to ensure a seamless experience for Members. The following engineering initiatives have been undertaken to address specific areas of concern:
WARNING SYSTEM FOR DOMESTIC TRANSFER TANK To mitigate the risk of water disruption due to power trips or transfer pump malfunctions, the Club has installed an early warning system. This system promptly alerts the Engineering team, allowing them to take immediate action and prevent any prolonged water-related issues that could inconvenience Members.
WATERPROOFING
The Engineering team has been tirelessly working to prevent water leakages throughout the Club, paying particular attention to areas that were not part of the recent redevelopment. Through proactive measures, the Club aims to maintain the structural integrity of its facilities and uphold the high standards of Member experience.

B2 GYM WALL CRACKS
The Club has taken steps to rectify hairline cracks in the walkway walls leading to the Gym Changing Room. By utilizing elastomeric paint, which offers flexibility and greater tensile strength, the Club has successfully prevented the recurrence of such cracks. This solution not only ensures structural integrity but also enhances the esthetics of the area, creating a more visually appealing environment for Members.
