DINING AND RETAIL The Club’s Food & Beverage and Retail outlets introduced numerous exciting initiatives and offerings in FY2023. Central launched bottled cold brew and added a range of meat pies to the pastry case. Additionally, the Club rolled out 67 new types of salads for the salad counter. The Central Production Kitchen implemented a new burger meat supplier, ensuring the highest quality hamburgers throughout the Club.

Soft-serve Ice Cream Promotion

Hanukkah Brunch

Grillhouse introduced soft-serve ice cream and a new line of slushies, while implementing a craft beer program with a flat rate of $8 for all bottles and cans.

Tradewinds reinstated buffets, hosted a Hanukkah Brunch for the first time, and introduced 16” pizzas in September 2022.

The 2nd Floor successfully launched a new bar menu and initiated the Ladies Who Lunch series, which proved to be a popular event, consistently selling

out. Additionally, Sunday Brunches were relaunched, offering a delightful dining experience for Members.
