Union Bar made substantial efforts to enhance its whisky program, introducing monthly promotions on premium whiskies and implementing Whiskey Wednesdays, featuring a rotating selection of premium pours at attractive prices. The extension of operating hours for major sporting events received positive feedback from Members.

The Gourmet Pantry maintained strong numbers, boasting an impressive 91% retention rate among subscribers to Uncorked, the wine program, and achieving a 10% year-on-year growth. The Club continued to expand its gourmet food program, introducing new cheeses from the US and additional raw proteins. Festive merchandise and food sales also played a significant role in the department’s sales performance. Furthermore, the Club proudly launched TAC private label wine and gin, and reintroduced Saturday afternoon in-store tasting sessions.

Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, an accomplishment that occurs every three years. The auditors were impressed by the Club’s system and requested to use it as a case study for best practices with their other clients. This recognition further validates the Club’s
commitment to ensuring exceptional experiences and satisfaction for its valued Members.
