g. On Sick Leave Report for year 2022, a total of 2,048 absences were reported. This is equivalent to 5.6 staff away from work and were mostly due to Covid protocols. h. For this quarter, the Club has reported an average of four staff absent from work mostly due to MCs. i. AP once again encouraged everyone to work safely, report hazards, conduct safety briefings and review work processes to prevent medical and work injury, and to adopt a healthier lifestyle to prevent hospitalization. B) Team Wellness/WSH Items a. Team Wellness activities for the fiscal year-to-date, AP reported a total of 425 participations across all activities from various departments. He commended the highest number of participations coming from Accounts, followed by Front Office, Housekeeping, Membership and Youth. b. Team Wellness Channel now has 55 subscribers to date. The channel broadcasts any WSH matters including Team Wellness activities. Team members who subscribe to the channel also qualifies for the monthly lucky draw. c. Safety audits/Refresher Training . DMs continue to conduct their routine safety audits such as chiller man trap alarm testing, fire-fighting practical refresher, handicap emergency button testing, safety orientation/refresher among others. d. Safety Protocols . AP stressed the importance of safety and shared how it is met with unfavorable responses from Team leaders with usual responses such as not enough space, no time, no manpower, nothing will happen, etc., when such matters and issues are being addressed to their department/s. e. AP continued by showing clips of hazards spotted around the Club. He also showed some news reports and video of fire accidents that claimed hundreds of lives which resulted from blocked exits and obstructed escape routes when those fire broke out.

f. AP once again reiterated the importance of safety in saving lives including our own. He shared the following safety reminders in adherence to Fire Safety Building Regulation and WSH SWPs and encouraged all to always inculcate the safety mindset.
