MONTHLY FITNESS CHALLENGE Take part in our monthly fitness challenges and secure bragging rights!
CATEGORIES: Male (16-35 years, 35-50 years, 51 years and up) Female (16-30 years, 31-50 years, 51 years and up)
JULY: MINI DUATHLON CHALLENGE Complete 3 stations consecutively in the fastest time possible.
1. Run – 2.4 km (1.49 miles) 2. Bike – 10 km (6.21 miles) 3. Run – 2.4 km (1.49 miles)
AUGUST: CORE CHALLENGE Hold the 3 exercise positions for as long as possible to emerge champion. 1. Plank
2. Side Planks (Right & Left) 3. Banana Ab / V-Crunch
Terms & Conditions • Registration is free , reserve your slot at the Sports Counter • Names of participants will be displayed on leader board chart in the Gym • Challenge must be assessed by TAC personal trainer • Register for a slot at the Sports Counter; 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays by appointment only • Minimum age requirement of 16 years For more information, please call 6739-4312 or drop by the Sports Counter.
