SEPTEMBER: BUDDYWORKOUT CHALLENGE Complete as many repetitions as possible within 1 minute with a buddy. 1. Buddy Squat

2. Plank High Fives 3. Sit Up With Clap 4. Partner Crawl Under, Jump Over 5. Partner Get Up

OCTOBER: JUMP ROPE CHALLENGE Perform as many repetitions as you can in 3 minutes to score the highest points. CATEGORIES:

Male: (16-35 years, 35-50 years, 51 years and up) Female: (16-30 years, 31-50 years, 51 years and up)

Terms & Conditions - Participation is free, reserve your slot at the Sports Counter - Names of participants will be displayed on leader board chart in the Gym - Challenge must be assessed by TAC personal trainer - Register for a slot at the Sports Counter; 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays by appointment only - Minimum age requirement of 16 years
