Hebrona – General Manager’s Award “Rose has been at The Club for eight years and has been given a green star (the highest level for performance appraisal) for her outstanding performance for many consecutive years. She has excelled at both administrative and operational tasks and been instrumental in updating, implementing and training her team in all of the new SOPs due to redevelopment. She is flexible and adaptable, and many Members look to her to handle their requests, and outlet managers have great respect for her abilities as well. Rose is a strong pillar for the Duty Managers and is adept at attending to critical Member issues when the Duty Managers are engaged with other matters.” – Devin Otto Kimble, General Manager Nerang Bin Mohammad – Employee of the Year (Tier 2) “Over the 6 years that Nerang has been with us, I’ve seen continuous growth in his confidence and leadership abilities. He is very passionate in his work and always steps up when the team needs him. Whether he’s running food deliveries, parking cars or clearing tables, he plays a vital role and his presence is felt daily. During redevelopment, Kumar was deployed to almost every dining outlet and has worked well with colleagues all across F&B. He makes good decisions, delegates well and ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner. He demonstrates good work ethics and is a strong leader and good example to his team.” – Malik Riley, Director of Food & Beverage Adam Fan Wen Han – Employee of the Year (Tier 4) “When Adam first joined the team, he had very little F&B experience. But over the past 2.5 years, he was focused, willing to learn, hardworking and has a positive attitude towards his work. His ability to handle pressure and difficult situations with a smile made him popular with both staff and Members. He is reliable and works well with a team and on his own. His attendance and punctuality are commendable, and he displays an exceptional amount of commitment to his role. She has shown great attitude towards taking on responsibility beyond regular scope and never hesitates to step up to help other teams.
