Bylaws With many outlets newly opened in the past couple of years, we understand that our bylaws can get confusing. Here’s a short recap of some important bylaws that impact your daily life at The Club. MEMBERSHIP CARDS Members are required to produce their membership cards voluntarily upon entering The Club, and when requested by staff when making transactions. Do note that Membership Cards are non- transferable. Bylaw 1.2 GUESTS Members are required to register their Guests via our self check-in kiosks or by informing the Concierge, and Guests should remain in the company of the sponsoring Member while on Club premises at all times. The General Manager has the authority to limit non-Member access or specify non-member times for events, outlets, and general areas. Members and parents of youths who sign in Guests to The Club are liable for all debts and actions of the Guests at The Club. Bylaw 1.3 PHOTOGRAPH, RECORDING AND MUSIC No musical instrument, radio, audio player or similar devices may be played on The Club premises without the permission of the General Manager or Duty Manager unless with headphones and in a manner that is not disruptive to other Members. Members should not take photographs or record videos / audio notes on Club premises without the advanced approval of the General Manager unless such photographs or recordings are for the private use of Club Members only. The Club is protected by closed circuit cameras and all images are recorded for the purpose of providing a safe Clubhouse for Members, Guests and staff. The Club may use utilize footage as it deems fit to the extent permitted by Singapore law. Bylaw 2.16 SMOKING The National Environment Agency of Singapore has designated public areas within the Orchard Road precinct as No Smoking Zones. Please note that smoking will only be allowed at Designated Smoking Areas (DSA), and The Club does not have DSA within its premises. DSA nearest to The Club are DFS Galleria, Far East Plaza, Goodwood Park Hotel and Shaw House. Bylaw 2.8 PARKING Parking facilities at The Club are reserved for vehicles owned or leased by Members and are required to be registered for these parking privileges. Each Member may register up to three cars provided that no Member registers a car for parking privileges on behalf of another Member or a non-Member. Members may park registered cars in The Club's parking area only while the Member remains on Club premises or as determined by the General Manager. Members with three registered cars are only permitted to have two cars in the Club at any one time. Bylaw 3.1 ELECTRONIC DEVICES For the comfort and enjoyment of other Members, usage of cell phones and other electronic communications devices is restricted to certain common areas of The Club. In areas of The Club where usage of electronic devices is permitted, Members are encouraged to undertake their usage in a respectful manner and to put their devices on silent mode when in The Club. Bylaw 15.5.1
