Fruity Kombucha & Yogurt Popsicles It’s hot all year round in sunny Singapore. Toss the ice creams and keep cool with icy and healthy Fruity Kombucha & Yogurt Popsicles. Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons Craft & Culture Black Tea Kombucha • 1 cup Craft & Culture Milk Kefir • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and chopped • 4 tablespoons honey • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • ¼ cup blueberries Instructions: • Blend kombucha, strawberries and honey in a high-powered blender and puree them together till perfectly smooth • Pour half of the strained strawberry mixture into popsicle molds and reserve the remaining puree for the final layer of the popsicles • Freeze the puree in the molds until firm, approx. 2 hours • Whisk the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey into the cup of Craft & Culture Milk Kefir • Gently push blueberries into the layer of milk kefir and place popsicles back in freezer • Freeze popsicles until the milk kefir mixture sets, approx. 2 hours • After the layer of milk kefir has set, pour the remaining strawberry puree evenly among the popsicles • Return popsicles to freezer until all layers are set, preferably overnight • To unmold the popsicles, hold the mold under the lukewarm water for a few seconds until the popsicles release cleanly.
