Will The Club please consider bringing back Sunday Brunches similar to the one at The Colonial Room prior to the redevelopment? Thanks.

RESPONSE: Good news – we’ve brought back Sunday Brunches now that The Galbraith Ballroom is open! Brunches at The Galbraith Ballroom are held every last Sunday on the month; themed brunches on special occasions e.g. Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc. will also be available. Kids can also enjoy play time at The Quad or indulge in art & craft activities after they are done eating while parents mingle and catch up. Brunches at The Colonial Room used to be held once a week, but did you know we inadvertently generated tons of food waste due to the high frequency? Without prior reservations and with other dining options within The Club, food waste was at an all-time high. In line with The Club's green initiatives, we recommend Members to reserve tables in advance for brunches at The Galbraith Ballroom (and enjoy discounts while doing so!) so the team can better gauge the amount of food to prepare. Menu highlights: Eggs Benedict and Buttermilk Pancakes, Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles, Avocado Toast, Shrimp and Grits, Roasted Beetroot Salmon Gravlax, Scrambled eggs with fresh made Country biscuits and gravy, Peppercorn and herb crusted Prime Rib, Whole Roasted Salmon Slow Smoked Turkey Breast and more. The menu is diverse and rotates monthly.
