Personal Training at The Club The journey to health and fitness needn’t be a daunting affair with expert guidance and motivation. At The Club, our team of committed Personal Trainers uses science-based methods and a holistic approach to help you meet your health and fitness goals – regardless of your age or physical condition. We offer a wide variety of programs, drawing on the various skills, experiences and qualifications of our Personal Trainers. •General Fitness Getting active and improving overall fitness, e.g. Building stamina, flexibility, strength and endurance. •Pre- and Post-Natal Learning and performing the right exercises during and after pregnancy. •Corrective Exercises Addressing functionality in the body for better mobility, including Self- Myofascial Release and stretching techniques. •Fat Loss & Body Toning Emphasis on reducing body fat through High Intensity Interval Training, Resistance Training and Cardio Training, as well as on muscular development with strength and weights training. •Sports Performance Specific exercises to improve sports performance, e.g. Swimming, Tennis, Golf, pad work or contact sports. •Functional Training & Movement Training Training the body in multi-directional movements to enhance daily functioning, as well as developing better balance and stability.
