THE CLAYMORE CUP In April, our Squash team took to The Tanglin Club for the annual Claymore Cup competition – organized by Tanglin for the past 3 years. In a tense encounter, The Club triumphed by a narrow margin of 7.5 to 7 points in an afternoon comprising 12 competitive matches. The trophy was proudly claimed by Member Mohit for The Club, ensuring the long-awaited return of the Cup to the top of Claymore Hill where it will be defended next year. THE AMERICAN CLUB OPEN SQUASH TOURNAMENT On April 30, The Club held its annual Open Tournament in various categories. The tournament culminated in our 2 top players, Sverre Prytz and Harry Dzeba competing in the Final, which eventually saw Sverre triumphing in a hard fight. Congratulations to all our finalists:

For those interested in improving their game skills, lessons are available from our regular coach Robino as well as from visiting international coaches.
With the upcoming Club renovations, we also expect to regain our third court (a multi-purpose court) – and, with the new and bigger relocated Union Bar proposed just a few steps away – there’s no better combination for sweat and rehydration! We look forward to your company.
