FEEDBACK: Please open the Scotts Road turnstile. It is not convenient for Members, and if it’s for safety, closing it makes no difference. Even shopping malls such as ION Orchard, Far East Plaza and Shaw Centre opened up their back doors. I really don’t understand why there is a need to close the back door. RESPONSE: Thank you for writing in your request to open up the Scotts Road turnstile. We’re pleased to inform you that the Scotts Road turnstile is open only for exiting. This is in compliance with the entry restrictions imposed on public spaces including malls and lifestyle hubs. Closing the Scotts Road turnstile is to regulate the flow of Members and Guests. This also ensure that the mandatory SE process and compulsory temperature checks are done. Both processes require visual checks by our staff prior to allowing Member and Guests to proceed further into the Clubhouse.These visual checks are mandated by the Authorities. Your safety is our number one priority.
