CLUB POLICY FOR NON- MEMBERS

As a home away from home for our Members, The Club understands the impor tance of serving as a host. Members are welcome to introduce non-member guests as outlined in Bylaw 1.3. To be considerate of the community and fellow Members, please remind guests of the following requirements: • Guests must wait for a Member to register them before entering • Guests must remain with the accompanying Member while visiting • Guests must conduct themselves appropriately Household domestic employees, or Helpers, are considered non-Members and therefore must abide by Bylaw 1.3 with a few exceptions. Members can register their Helper to obtain a Helper Pass that allows them to accompany Junior Members to The Club. Helpers with a pass can escor t Child Members to Club programs and wait in the following areas: • The Quad corridor at B1 • The Quad Studios corridor at B3 • The Pool bench next to the door to Central • The Tennis Cour ts grandstand Helpers with signing privileges may also purchase food and beverages for Child Members at the following areas: • Grillhouse, 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on weekdays • Tradewinds, 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays

NEW YEAR, NEW OUTLOOK Outlets are open, facilities are updated, and our Clubhouse is ready for the New Year. We hope Members are enjoying everything The Club has to offer, from the Naomi Functional Training System at the Gym to the International Buffet at Tradewinds every third Wednesday of the month. If you have any compliments or suggestions, please fill out a feedback card or drop us a line to let The Club know what Members enjoy best. Over the next year,The Club is focused on ensuring quality across the board and rectifying any defects in the appearance, functionality or construction of all spaces.
