ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Club’s Annual General Meeting provides *Eligible Members with an oppor tunity to vote six Members onto the General Committee for a two-year tenure, approve the audited accounts for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2021, as well as appoint The Club’s Auditors for the next 12 months. Voting and a Q&A (questions will be collected in advance) session will also take place on any other business that is properly presented as prescribed by the Constitution. All Members (voting and non-voting) are encouraged to attend. Members are reminded to update their email addresses via our website (Member Login >> Profile Update) or email vanessal@amclub.org.sg by September 3, 2021 to ensure receipt of the Annual Repor t and other AGM related information. *The eligibility cut-off date has been changed to the first day after October GC Meeting.
