Dear Members,

Look around and you will notice that the theme for this year’s holiday season at The American Club is The Nutcracker. After all, music plays a big part in the festive season and nothing stirs these merr y feelings like the opening strains of Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Christmas this year may be a muted affair but celebrations are due – let us rejoice the end of a rollercoaster 2021. So, whether you are travelling back home to be with loved ones whom you have not seen for a long time or you are staying here in Singapore, The American Club wishes you all the best during this special time of the year. Like always, our team will be working around the clock to spread the festive cheer to you and your family. From Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day, we have got you covered with anything you might need for your holiday feast – from snack platters, lip-smacking side dishes, to the best Roast Turkeys and Hams in Singapore. And not forgetting holiday -themed cakes and cookies as well as fantastic wines and cocktails. We also added new dishes to our menu. One of them is something that we are extra proud of, “The Holiday Piecaken”. This will forever change the way you look at holiday desserts. It is a Pecan Pie on top of a Pumpkin Pie layered with Red Velvet Cake, Apple Cake and then swathed in Cream Cheese Frosting. The Nutcracker famously has no lines in the performance named after him, but if he tried this dessert he would close his eyes, give a chef’s kiss and whisper very softly…“Wow”.
