Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute Singapore. This is an accolade to be proud of, but we must not rest on our laurels. We are committed to ensuring that Team Members are well taken care of, with initiatives such as Staff Appreciation Day, dedicated mental health support, and enriching events. As we move forward, we continue to keep our eyes firmly on the vision that guides all our efforts - to make The American Club a world-class Club serving a harmonious community; where Team Members become family and Members become friends. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our Members, Team Members, General Committee Members and other volunteers, partners, associates, vendors, and contractors for working so tenaciously and passionately as one. Let’s make FY2023 an even more successful year!

The launch of the Club’s brand-newwebsite, which was designed for ease of use, member acquisition and improved Member experience, was one such example. A new and robust Communications strategy was also developed to more effectively engage Members. Other notable initiatives which supported brand equity while cultivating a sense of belonging to the Club were the introduction of the Club’s own cold brew label, house pour wines, and a range of keto and gluten-free pastries. In keeping with our goal to transform the Club into a Grade-A facility, new features were added to The Quad and The Bowling Alley for our young ones, and the Gym was also augmented with cutting-edge fitness equipment. WORLD CLASS CLUB SERVING A HARMONIOUS COMMUNITY At the governance level, we formed a President’s Council of past presidents still residing in Singapore to tap on institutional knowledge. This will become a valuable resource for the future. At the brand leadership level, we initiated the first-ever American Clubs of Asia Summit for Club Presidents to exchange solutions and leverage resources. These brain trusts reinforced the Club’s drive to anticipate and meet the needs of the future, by making significant investments in the areas of technological enablement and sustainability. Two of our parking lots were converted to electric vehicle charging spaces, smart security technologies were installed, and lighting fixtures converted to energy-efficient LED illumination. New features were added to our mobile booking app, TAC Book, and QuickHR, a digitized HR Information System that empowers Team Members to more effectively manage their time, was also implemented.
