Food & beverage outlets showed strong revenue turnaround with usage of 72% for FY2022. Together with The Gourmet Pantry, Food & Beverage generated a total revenue of $13.19 million, an improvement of 17% over $11.28 million in FY2021.

Revenue for The Second Floor, Central, Tradewinds, Grillhouse and Union Bar showed improvement of 20% with strong support from the Members during COVID-19 period. Revenue from Banquet were severely reduced with only takeaways and deliveries allowed. Corporate events and Sunday brunches at The Galbraith Ballroom only re-launched in April 2022 when the safe distancing measures were eased. The outlet’s revenue shortfall was bolstered by strong demand for wines at The Gourmet Pantry with a total revenue of $4.42 million in FY2022. This is an increase of $0.45 million (+11%) and $2.08 million (+89%) over FY2021 and FY2015 respectively.
