With business as usual, the Club continued to enjoy improved foot traffic, usage, covers and Member spending. The usage rate grew from 77.6% in Q1 of FY2024 to 78.4% in Q4 despite heavy travel during the summer holidays. The Club achieved an overall usage rate of 78.9% in FY2024, a slight improvement of 0.4 percentage points from 78.5% in FY2023. The Club saw record covers of 726,364, surpassing 682,282 in FY2015, pre-redevelopment. Monthly spend improved marginally compared to last year resulting in 1.6% improvement in Total Income (Operating Fund) from FY2023.
