High tea with PD session

TAKING CARE OF TEAM MEMBERS Management recognizes that Team Members are the Club’s most valuable asset. Thus, it is a priority to gather sentiments through the quarterly afternoon tea feedback sessions. These sessions are platforms for Team Members to share their thoughts and suggestions, enabling Management to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate changes. In addition to individual feedback, the Club conducts an annual Employee Satisfaction Survey for all Team Members. The Club is proud to share that consistent positive results have been attained from the survey, leading to two consecutive years of “Great Place to Work” accreditation. This accreditation serves as a testament to the Club’s commitment to creating a supportive and engaging work environment. To further recognize exceptional employees, awards such as Employee of the Year (Cathy So, Abdul Latip and Hazfarahin Isahak), Rookie of the Year (Sufi Atlee), General Manager’s Award (Leong Weng Peck), and General Committee’s Award (Ho Wah Jin) were presented during the Annual Staff Dinner & Dance event. The dedication to Team Members’ well-being extends beyond professional development. Regular lunchtime wellness health talks and fitness activities like brisk walks and bowling games are organized, providing opportunities for Team Members to participate in enjoyable, health-focused activities.
