OFFICIAL COMPLETION OF REDEVELOPMENT The Club is delighted that it is in full compliance with the coveted Certificate of Statutory Completion from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). This achievement signifies the closure of the Club’s extensive redevelopment project that commenced in 2016.
SUSTAINABILITY ECO DIGESTER PROJECT COMPLETION
In 2018, the Club, along with the National Environment Agency (NEA), embarked on a comprehensive 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) Project, aiming to manage the Club’s food waste more efficiently. The centerpiece of this project was the installation of an 800-ton Eco Digester system. Despite facing challenges due to the pandemic, the Club persisted and successfully completed the project, receiving a grant disbursement of $50,600 in June 2023.

POWERING UP ENERGY SAVINGS The Club is committed to energy saving and will continue to implement measures to reduce its carbon footprint. The following initiatives are expected to contribute to additional energy savings:
• Changing the Main Chiller setpoint from 7 to 10 degrees Celsius: By adjusting the chiller setpoint, the aim is to optimize the energy consumption of the cooling systems.
• Introducing timer activation for corridor lighting after hours: To minimize unnecessary energy usage, there will be timers for corridor lights, ensuring only critical areas are fully illuminated for safety and security purposes. • Replacement of car park ramp ceiling lights with LED: By upgrading the lighting fixtures in the car park, the Club embraces energy-efficient technologies, with 95% of the Club illuminated by LED lighting.
