YOUTH & BOWL ING

Youth & Family is central to The American Club community. Events and programs are catered to various ages and interests, complementing the school calendar and holidays. We strive to create engaging and enriching activities for the little ones.

REFRESHING THE QUAD TEAM The focus of fiscal year 2023 (FY2023) was to establish a strong workforce structure, enabling the creation of more exciting programs led by excellent Team Members. Emphasis was placed on recruiting individuals with the right skills, enhancing the remuneration package, and providing training to ensure effective and efficient performance. INTRODUCTION OF NEW CLASSES FY2023 introduced three new classes, two held off-site and one on-site. Introduction to Coding and Mixed Martial Arts, off-site classes, aimed to provide children with opportunities for cognitive and emotional development. On-site, Longboarding classes added a progressive and recreational element to class offerings. In September 2022, the Club conducted a survey to understand the needs of Members regarding Youth Classes. The survey provided valuable insights into popular classes, reasons for enrollment, ideas for new classes, and class preferences. The Youth team appreciates Members’ participation and will use this feedback to enhance Youth Class offerings.
