A FRESH LOOK New uniforms for the Spa team – both the Therapists and the Concierge team – were introduced in December 2022. The uniform fabric and design were selected by Team Members to suit their individual needs.

CONVENIENT BOOKING CHANNELS Spa reservations via TAC Book were launched in October 2022. This allowed Members to make a reservation at their convenience even after operating hours. Also effective from October 2022, Members could make reservations via WhatsApp.

EQUIPMENT UPGRADES sên Spa upgraded its hairdryers to the Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer for fast drying, without heat damage, and with a shiny finish. e-File for gel nail polish removal was introduced at sên Spa, providing better quality nail results in a shorter time. It also reduces the risk of injuries, such as Carpal tunnel syndrome or arthritis from repetitive strain, experienced by the Nail Technicians in the long run.
