REVENUE AND COVERS The Food & Beverage Department at the Club achieved remarkable success in fiscal year 2023 (FY2023). The department’s overall revenue surpassed expectations, exceeding the budget by 12% and surpassing the previous fiscal year by 20%. With an all-time high revenue of $15.8

million, the Club broke the previous record set in FY2013 by an impressive 13%. Additionally, the Club came close to breaking the covers record, also set in FY2013, indicating a strong patronage of dining establishments.

MENU CHANGES AND NEW OFFERINGS Throughout the year, the Club successfully implemented two menu changes at each of its four restaurants. This strategic approach allowed the Club to introduce a total of 264 new items through monthly limited time offers across all outlets. These additions have significantly enhanced the dining experience for our valued Members, such as a diverse and exciting range of culinary options to choose from.
