TAC-SOC-Embassy joint exercise – Aug 18 Bomb Sweep Exercise – Aug 25, 3pm (Bomb Threat TTX last Aug 15) TAC Fun Run – September More Fire Fighting Practical, targeted for front of the house teams, (previous fire-fighting practical was attended by 40 kitchen staff) First Aid Refresher, CPR & AED – TBA D. Other Matters a. RC thanked AP for a good presentation and asked to circulate the slides to everyone. AP to send the slide deck to Team leaders, including group leadership. b. With “Talk to Us” , RC asked if it was possible to make it more safety focused so that Members are able to highlight any safety issues. AP suggested that it can be added in the category and addressed this with Marcomm. c. RC also addressed everyone to send in their feedbacks about iSabel before it can be rolled out to the wider team members. AP suggested to launch more campaigns on mental wellness. PD to organize feedback after its preliminary stage as per RC along with the Great Place to Work certification in September. d. RC further shared that he is in talks with another group (members) to present mental well-being talks to staff as well as members. e. JZ asked Mack on how far back first-aid trainings are being planned. Mack informed that at least a month’s notice. JZ then requested, seconded by EY, for at least 2-months advance notice to better manage the team’s rosters. Mack will work on it. f. AP shared that Mack’s training is being conducted by external contractor and involves getting certification or re-certification, whereas the one with Abdul is a 1 ½ hour refresher only and targets first responders & first aiders. g. NM once again reminded everyone that reporting is very critical not only for WICA but most importantly to avoid similar incidents in the future.
