TAC Workplace Safety & Health - Meeting Minutes

i. Safety Champion Criteria, AP addressed the Committee on any suggestions for the criteria. RC brought up risk assessment, hazard identification, and action-based incidents like first aid, firefighting, and similar things. NM suggested for Palani as having done most of the briefings, but AP advised to exclude DMs as it is their duty. AP further suggested for teammembers on the ground who exemplifies safety or a particular incident wherein a team member acted as life saver.

a. WSH Organization Chart

NM shared the updated WSH Committee Organization chart with one more representative for Admin Office to be filled. NM recommended Fadhil being Events-in-charge. RC also recommended Annabelle considering her safety background and Crystal, as suggested by EY.

b. Upcoming Events: 

Fire Fighting practical at Rooftop, November session TBA  First Aid Refresher, CPR & AED in November TBA. AP shared that we are one of the few organizations that has more than 100 first-aiders in the team  WSH Exco meeting on Nov 30 at 10am  Fire Drill, tentative on Dec 20 at 3pm  Meditation and Mental Wellness workshops
