ü The Front Desk will ask some questions about the incident 1. What is your name? 2. Where is your location? 3. What is your emergency? ü Return to the victim/first aider and inform that the DM/help is on the way ü If you know first aid, give care to the victim ü STAY WITH THE VICTIM UNTIL DM ARRIVES ü If you are not giving aid to the victim, do NOT stay in the area; keep other staff/Members away from the area ü Incident Report Submission
