HAPPY BIRTHDAY Singapore! As Singapore turned 53 on August 9, Members commemorated the occasion in the only way we could think appropriate – partaking in Singapore’s favorite pastime! Families tucked into scrumptious local fare including laksa, samosa, spring rolls, satay and bandung, while a National Day kids’ party was thrown for the little ones.

BACK TO SCHOOL – PARENTS EDITION A first of its kind, our Back to School welcome back event for parents on August 17 provided a little well-deserved treat for parents – who enjoyed a complimentary breakfast spread and relaxing head-and-shoulder massage – while the kids return to school and routine sets back in.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018

The Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place in November, and is a platform for voting Members to elect six Members onto the General Committee for a two-year tenure, review The Club’s audited accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018, as well as vote on and discuss any other business properly presented. All Mem- bers (voting and non-voting) are encouraged to attend.
