LEI DONG – EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR (TIER 3) A common face at HOME, Lei Dong oversees the beverage lists and wine programs at three of The Club’s dining venues and gourmet shop, and is ever-eager to source the best wines at the best value for Members. The ambitious young man attained the highest honor in the French Wine Scholar certification last year, among other equally notable accolades.

“Lei Dong has extensive knowledge in food and wine pairings, takes his responsibilities seriously and is a great team player. Despite his achievements, he remains a hardworking and down-to-earth guy who strives to give his best to our Members.” – Malik Riley, F&B Director

ZARINA – EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR (TIER 4) Zarina’s exemplary people skills helped her form treasured personal relationships with numerous Members over the years, and made her the perfect fit for our Concierge duties. The go-getter also kick-started The Club’s Garage Sales, allowing Members to purchase nostalgic Club artefacts, furniture and knick-knacks at a steal.

“Zarina is very popular among Members and is one of our Front Desk staff with the most positive feedback. Her sense of responsibility and initiative make her a valuable team player.” – Anthony Pabalan, Front Office Manager

JOANNE LEE – ROOKIE OF THE YEAR Joanne joined The Club in late 2016, armed with a wealth of F&B knowledge and experience from her previous stints with prominent institutions in Singapore. She assimilated quickly to the fast-paced and unpredictable nature of her job, and became an indispensable link between the frontline and back-of-house staff.

“Joanne generously shares her knowledge with the team and does so in a way that is not showy or prideful. She also makes sound decisions and is patient in dealing with difficult situations.” – Malik Riley, F&B Director
