These awards recognize staff members for their outstanding contributions to The Club.

2 The Club recently conducted its first Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) level 1 course for 10 F&B team members. The WSET is an accredited program that provides globally recognized education and qualifications in wines and spirits.

1 We’re proud of Monzie from Union Bar, who represented our Club at the 29th National Cocktail Competition in July. One of 25 mixologists across Singapore to compete in the ‘Cocktail’ category, he impressed judges with his creation, which he named ‘Home Away from Home’ (drawing inspiration from our Members’ experience at The Club) that landed him a spot in the finals.

5 The Club will be organi- zing a Staff Emergency Fund Tennis Tournament in September, which will see Members engaging in a bidding war for their Tennis Professional of choice, followed by an afternoon of round robin matches, live auction and games. All proceeds will be channelled into our newly-created Staff Emergency Fund, as prescribed by a Member vote at the 2015 Annual General Meeting.
