FESTIVE OPERATING HOURS CHRISTMAS EVE | DECEMBER 24 CLOSURE AT 8:00 P.M.

ANNUAL STAFF FUND Here at The Club, we pride ourselves on the great service we deliver year round. Integral to this trait are the 370 full- and part-time staff who work tirelessly day in and out to elevate your membership experience. With Chinese New Year just round the corner, the perfect opportunity presents itself for Members to show their appreciation to our team members, via our Annual Staff Holiday Fund. You would have received a letter on the Staff Fund with your October 2019 statement, regarding the standard deduction of $150. Your contribution will be distributed to all front line and back-of-house support teams in recognition of their hard work and service rendered throughout the year. There is no further action on your part should you wish to contribute the standard amount, which will be reflected in your November 2019 statement. If you’d like to contribute a larger amount or opt out of the program, simply return the completed letter to the Concierge or by post.
