In an effort to offer variety and create new and unique dining experiences for our Members, The Club will invite an array of guest Chefs from the local Singapore market and globally throughout the year to showcase their culinary skills and feature their signature dishes in an exclusive wine dinner format.

Embark on a gastronomical journey with celebrity chef and presenter Angela May. The Thai-American’s stint at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia inspired a lifelong love of creating wonderful dishes with locally farmed herbs and produce. The result is a beautifully crafted menu using the freshest ingredients which tastes good, looks good and is healthy to boot.
