MONTHLY FITNESS CHALLENGES MARCH 1 – 31: 80 KM CYCLING CHALLENGE Complete 80 km in the shortest possible time.
CATEGORIES:
Male • 16-35 years • 36-50 years • 51 years and up
Female • 16-30 years • 31-50 year • 51 years and up
APRIL 1 – JUNE 30: VIPR 1-MINUTE CHALLENGE Complete as many reps as possible within 1 minute.
CATEGORIES: Men’s Weight – 10kg Ladies’ Weight – 4kg
Terms & conditions: • Registration is free! • Challenge must be assessed by a Club personal trainer and can be completed anytime throughout the month
• March challenge: please record timing / distance on the leader board chart in the Gym • Register for a slot at the Sports Counter (challenge times from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays ; by appointment only) • Minimum age of 16 years to participate
