CARDIO TENNIS We are pleased to share that since launching at the start of the year, our new Cardio Tennis lessons have met with great success among our tennis community. As the name connotes, Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness session that combines tennis with cardiovascular exercise. These classes deliver the ultimate full-body calorie burning aerobic work- out. Most women can burn between 400 to 800 calories per hour, while men can burn between 600 to 800 calories. Each lesson starts with a short warm-up followed by 90 minutes of cardio (comprising hit and run drills) alongside strengthening exercises on the court. Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for tennis players of all levels.
