ONLINE BOOKING F.A.Q.S

1. How do I make an online reservation? Members need to register for an online account on the Club website. Go to www.amclub.org.sg and register for an account on the right side of the homepage. If you already have an account, simply login and follow the steps listed in our Spa Online User Guide (www.amclub.org.sg >> Club Services >> sên). 2. How can I tell if the spa has an available slot? Our booking system is updated in real time and reflects all available slots. The system automatically reserves some slots for Members who walk or call in – please check the date, time and service before confirming the booking. 3. I notice that not all services are available online? We have listed the most popular standard a la carte services online. Not all services are available for online booking due to varying durations for different services. For example, depending on hair length and complexity of treatment, a hair service may take anywhere from 30 minutes to above 60 minutes. Please call our team if you do not see your preferred service online.

4. Why don’t I see my favorite therapist’s name online? Your favorite therapist may not be available due to prior reservations with another Member.

5. Can I change my booking(s)? You may change your spa booking(s) in accordance with our spa’s cancellation policy. To do so, contact our team directly at 6739-4449 or email spa@amclub.org.sg.
