REYL Overseas Ltd is a company set up under Swiss law, a subsidiary of REYL & Cie Ltd in Geneva, a part of the REYL Group, and registered with the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) as an Investment Adviser. REYL Overseas Ltd has been set up exclusively to meet the particular needs of U.S. nationals and taxpayers. As a Swiss company, REYL Overseas Ltd is able to offer them Switzerland‘s renowned asset management expertise, investment advice and international wealth management.
